With entry on the main floor, the beautifully decorated living room offers a warm, inviting area with ample seating around a stone fireplace to catch the game or enjoy a movie with the family. Featuring an open floor plan, the dining area has seating for four at the table and two at the counter with the kitchen just steps away. The kitchen is up to date and equipped with basic cookware. There is also deck access from the kitchen. On the main floor you will also find the washing machine and dryer tucked away in a nook and easily accessible. The master bedroom and bath are also on the main floor.  The master bath has a garden tub and a separate shower stall. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and an additional deck access.

On the upper level there is another full bathroom and king-size bed. In the sitting area of the upstairs there is a full-size futon if required for additional sleeping space. The lower level offers a game room featuring a pool table and access to the lower deck.  The lower deck is home to the four-person hot tub and a magnificent view.
