Southern Charm is the original farmhouse for a family-ran farm and apple orchard several years ago (hence the Harts Orchard Farm Road).  The farmhouse has been completely remodeled (January 2023) and updated with all of the amenities you would find at our nicest cabins.

A complete wrap-around deck features views of an adjacent pasture, the valley below, and remnants of the apple orchard.  There is a hot tub and spacious patio furniture.  The porch swing is a great place to enjoy the sunset!

Inside you will find a generous open kitchen / dining / living room with comfortable seating and a nice electric fireplace.  There is also a 55" TV (Streaming Plus more than 50 over-the-air channels) for your enjoyment.     Cellular service is excellent, with 5G connections available for most carriers.

There is a nicely furnished Queen master bedroom with a private full bath.  There is also a guest bedroom with a Queen over Queen bunk bed with usb charging ports for your phones and devices.  A second full bath with a shower adjacent to the guest bedroom.

Southern Charm has a hint of old-world orchard farm with all of the modern conveniences!
