WHO IS RED RIVER GORGE CABIN RENTALS?

Red River Gorge Cabin Rentals is a family-owned company. This is one of the many reasons we strive to provide the best experience possible for our guests. We know it's not every day that families can get away for a vacation, so we want to help you make the most out of your trip while you're here! It's our goal to ensure that your experience is an easy, enjoyable process from booking to checkout.
What can you expect when you book with Red River Gorge Cabin Rentals? We offer a wide variety of cabin accommodation options throughout the Red River Gorge area in eastern Kentucky and near Cave Run Lake. From solo visitors to couples, families, small and large groups, reunions and weddings, we offer vacation rentals that will meet your needs. In our cabins, you'll find upgraded amenities and features such as fully-equipped kitchens, expansive decks with gorgeous views, hot tubs, comfortable living areas, private bedrooms, game rooms, WiFi and much more. We also offer several pet-friendly options, so you can bring your furry friends along with you!
Looking for adventure? Our cabins offer close proximity to the best destinations and activities the Gorge has to offer from kayaking through a flooded, abandoned mine in The Gorge Underground, soaring through the trees with Red River Gorge Zipline, Daniel Boone National Forest, Natural Bridge, tons of hiking trails, climbing destinations and much more!

WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS FOR BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY DEALS?

Occasionally, Red River Gorge Cabin Rentals offers seasonal discounts for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Any and all restrictions or exclusions will be provided on the website.

IS THERE A PET FEE IF WE WISH TO BRING A PET?

Yes. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. This is nonrefundable. We're thrilled to offer several pet-friendly cabins in the Red River Gorge. You will find a pawprint next to the cabin name for our pet-friendly accommodations. Please review each listing carefully. Some of our cabins are not pet-friendly while other cabins have specific pet restrictions. Please feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CABIN?

You can reserve online by clicking on the desired cabin and clicking on book now to see your fees. You may also reserve over the phone with one of our office staff please call 844-692-2246.

DOES ANY CABIN ALLOW SMOKING INSIDE?

None of our cabins allow smoking inside. There are ashtrays available outside for guests to use if they choose. We ask that all guests extinguish their cigarettes and cigars completely before placing them in the trash bin.

WHAT IS THE RENTAL AGREEMENT?

IS TENTING ALLOWED INSIDE CLIFFVIEW RESORT?

Sorry, but no tenting is allowed inside Cliffview Resort unless it has been approved by the Homeowners Association & Cliffview Resort owner. Feel free to contact us and we would be happy to assist you in locating a place to tent outside the resort.

IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?

Yes. There is a one-time cleaning fee to help curb the rising costs for the upkeep of our cabins and yurts. This cost helps to cover the routine cleanings between visitors and to maintain all amenities provided in the cabin. Please note: Discounts do not apply to cleaning fees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE CABINS?

The cabins and yurts are equipped with pillows and linens in the bedrooms. Bathrooms have a hand towel, bath towels, washcloths and hand soap. Kitchens contain washcloths, kitchen towels, oven mitts, dish soap, dishwasher soap (if needed), standard plates, cups, eating utensils (forks, knives, spoons), basic pots and pans (skillets). Basic cooking utensils are provided as well.

We strongly suggest bringing specific cooking items if you will need a speciality item such as an oversized casserole dish or crockpot. We do not provide any storage containers.

You will find more information in each of our cabin and yurt listings detailing the specific supplies and amenities provided in each cabin or yurt.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

The most important items you'll need –– directions to your cabin and the codes to get in!

Suggested Items:
Coffee and drinks (a must)
Food and storage containers with lids (or large ziplock bags) for leftovers or chips, etc
Plastic wrap/ aluminum foil
Favorite spices including salt/pepper and cooking oil/ spray
Charcoal and necessary items (lighter fluid, matches etc) if grilling on charcoal grill
Firewood can be purchased at the front office for $5/ bag (please do not bring wood with you!!!)
Marshmallows, graham crackers, & chocolate (for s’mores!)
Flashlight, bug spray, sunglasses, water bottles, hat, comfortable shoes, fishing pole and KY fishing license
Shampoo/deodorant/body soap & face soap/toothbrush & toothpaste & floss, etc
Bring extra blankets if you feel you might need them.

We supply 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person, please bring more if you think you will need more than one for your stay. You can exchange towels/washcloths by bringing them to our office.

WHAT ABOUT WILDLIFE?

Well--This is the outdoors. We have deer, grouse, bobcats and turkeys (called gobblers down here). We have a large variety of critters including but not limited to ladybugs and bees which occasionally find their way into the cabins. Remember, we are invading their home! While we have never seen a snake in the cabins, if you go running through the woods and lifting up rocks and fallen branches, you might find one! There is a list of local medical clinics in each cabin.

CHECK IN CHECK OUT TIMES

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Checkout is anytime before 11:00 AM on the morning of departure.
