Is there WILDLIFE near the cabins?

Well--This is the outdoors. We have deer, grouse, bobcats and turkeys (called gobblers down here). We have a large variety of critters including but not limited to ladybugs and bees which occasionally find their way into the cabins. Remember, our cabins are in wooded areas and we are visitors in the areas the wildlife call home! While we have never seen a snake in the cabins, if you go running through the woods and lifting up rocks and fallen branches, you might find one!

Should you encounter any wildlife or insects that concern you during your stay, please give us a call. And just in case of a worst case situation: There is a list of local medical clinics in each cabin.
